Dictionary for Children
Hello readers!
Do you remember when you had a book about animals when you were children? We have made one similar to that! We had to make a dictionary for children about whatever we wanted, so Ainhoa and I decided to do it about animals.
We hope you find the work funny. Bye!

Google Slides
Hey guys!
This is the latest project we have done, we have created a tutorial of how to create a mindmap in Mind42, by using Google slides. This spectacular project has been done by my partner Ainhoa, who you already know, and I.
Don't miss the work, it'll be useful for you. I hope you find it stunning!

Children's Rights
Hello readers!
I've been working on a project about children's rights with my partner Ainhoa, and once I've published it, I'd like to tell you what I think about children's rights.
On the one hand, I think that all the children all over the world must have the same rights. They all have, for example, the right for a school education and also the right to live. Children are our future, so, they must have an education and they should all be free to do whatever they want, they're living their childhood and every child has the right to live their own childhood.
On the other hand, they also have the right to protection and health. Many children are being mistreated, more children than we actually know. Not only in countries like Syria, maybe our little child neighbour is being mistreated right now. I would also like to mention the point of the soldier children. Many children are compulsory sent to wars in Syria, Afghanistan... and we don't realize that they have the chance to die as any other soldier. As I've said before, they are still children, they need to have a childhood.
As a conclusion, I must say that not all the children are treated in the same way as they should be. They all have the same rights, they're all children, they deserve to have good memories of their childhood, because it's a period which is only lived once in your life.

Glogster
Hello readers!
We've been working for a long time in this project called Glogster.
Glogster is an application where you can create some kind of "posters", using stickers, pictures... and all this is done from a computer!
My classmate Ainhoa and I have worked on this together, and we decided to do it about children's rights because we think that many children are exploted in countries like Siria and all these. They deserve to have a normal childhood.
So, we hope you enjoy it!
Go on a Trip With Kazkabarra!
Hello readers!
This time I have done the work in Google Drive. The aim was to create a form asking questions about any topic we wanted. I chose this topic because I remember that when I was a child I went on a trip with Kazkabarra and I had a great time.
I hope you like the questionnaire!

Captioning Videos
Hello readers!
This time we've learnt how to subtitle a video into different languages by using Dotsub.
Dotsub is a webpage which makes you able to caption videos in many different languages, in this case, I've subtitled the video of a song into three languages, which are English, Spanish and Basque. By the way, the song I have chosen is called With Me, written by Sum 41.
Sum 41 is a Canadian punk-rock band formed in 1996 and currently consisted by the members Derick Whibley, Tom Thacker and Jason McCaslin. The Drummer (Steve Jocz) left the band in July. They've been invited to go on tour with Heavy Metal legends such as Mötley Crüe; they also have been labeled as one of the world's best live bands.
I chose this song because it talks about losing someone, and as I have lost many people that were important to me during my whole life, I indentify myself with it. I think that this song can have a great influence in people so they can carry on after something like this happens to them.
Here I leave you the video, I hope you like it as much as I do!

My Music Store.
Hello Readers!
I know I haven't posted anything for a long time, but here I come with a new work I have done!
This time, we had to create a false shop in Google Sites, which has been a great experience. We've learnt how to manage a website by creating one, and I think that this can be useful for a future; who knows what we are going to do into 20 years...?
I hope you find my work enjoyable. See you soon!

Mind42.
Hello dear readers!
Today I'm coming with a new work in which we have been working on. The work consisted in creating a mind map about the topic we wanted to write about. For that, we had to sign up on a website called Mind42, the website which allows you to create mind maps. Firstly, we had to choose the topic we had to write about, and mine was obviously music; types, when they were born, where, bands and singers... and all that stuff. Secondly, we started creating the map in Mind42. And in the last place, we had to publish it in our blog, so, here is my work!
I hope you will like my mind map. See you soon!

Nobel prize.
Hello readers!
These days we have been working on people who have been awarded with Nobel Prizes since 1995 in different categories, for example: physics, medicine, literature...
![]() |
| Robert G. Edwards |
I have chosen the one who was awarded with the medicine Nobel Prize in 2010. His name was Robert Geoffrey Edwards and he was awarded for the development of in vitro fertilization. He was born on the 27th of September in 1925 and he died on the 10th of April in 2013. This man had studied in the university of Wales and later in the university of Edinburgh before he got a degree in biology. He began to study human fertilization in 1960, and in 1968, he became able to fertilize a human ovule in the laboratory for the first time.
Here you have a video about Edwards and the development of in vitro fertilization.
See you soon!

Say NO to violence against women
Hello readers!
As we all know, yesterday, 25th November was the international day in which we say NO to violence against women. Violence against women is a consequence of discrimination against women, in law and also in practise, and of persisting inequalities between men and women. There are three different ways of mistreating people: psychologically, physically and sexually.
The 31 % of women have experienced one or more acts of physical violence since the age of 15. While women are most likely to indicate that they were pushed or shoved, excluding this form of violence has only a limited effect on the overall prevalence of physical violence, bringing it down from 31 % to 25 %.
These are some of the characteristics of sexual violence:
• In total, 11 % of women have experienced some form of sexual violence since they were 15 years old,
either by a partner or some other person.
• One in 20 women (5 %) has been raped since the age of 15.
• Of those women who indicate they have been victims of sexual violence by a non-partner, almost one
in 10 women indicates that more than one perpetrator was involved in the incident when describing the
details of the most serious incident of sexual violence they have experienced.
And these are some of the details of intimate partner violence:
• One third of victims (34 %) of physical violence by a previous partner experienced four or more
different forms of physical violence.
• The most common forms of physical violence involve pushing or shoving, slapping or grabbing, or
pulling a woman’s hair.
As a conclusion, we can say that many women are mistreated all over the world. This article has been written by my classmate Ainhoa and I, and we think that we all must do something to stop this. The information which we added have been chosen from an official web page. If you are interested in reading more, click here.

Football Quiz
Hi readers!
Today my classmate Ainhoa and I have created a quiz about football!
Firstly, we started writing the questions about it in Google drive, and when we finished, we started developing it in an application called Hot Potatoes in which you can create a quiz or more things.
We decided to create a quiz about this because football is an interesting topic for us and we know some things about it.
Finally, get here if you're clever enough to answer to these questions. And also if you want to learn about this wonderful topic!
See you!

Social Networks.
Hello readers!
Today my article is going to be about many different social websites. I'll mention the advantages and disadvantages, and also the things that are brought with all of them. I'll try to give my opinion as well.
Nowadays, most teen people have an account or more than one account in social websites. Not only teenagers, some children between 10-13 years also have an account for example on the famous social websites called Tuenti, Twitter and WhatsApp.
This carries some advantages and disadvantages that I'm going to put right now.
In the last place, I would like to give my advice. Well, I suppose that you all know that you mustn't give your personal information on Internet, but I think that some of you don't realise how dangerous it can be to us if we give our information. Because even with the minimum information, anyone could find us. There are some cases like this, if you would like to read about it, click here and also here. So please, don't give your personal information to anyone unless you personally know them.
See you in my next post! I will post it soon!

Music and musicians.
Hello readers!
I have decided to write an article about music. I told you that one of my hobbies was music in my last post, so, I think I will enjoy myself writing about it. And I think you will enjoy yourselves too.
In my opinion, music must be listened everyday, because it can help you a lot to be relaxed, or to trust yourself. For me, the world would not be the same without music.
Here you have some information about both bands:
One Direction is a British-Irish boy-band formed four years ago in the famous talent-show called The X Factor in the UK. The band members are Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson. The 17th of November their fourth album called "FOUR" is coming out all over the world. If you want to know more about the band, click here.
5 Seconds of Summer, shortened as 5SOS, is an Australian band formed in Sydney three years ago. They got famous by uploading some songs
of other singers sung by them to YouTube, and one day, some boys from One Direction watched the videos and they took them on as the support band in their two tours (Take Me Home Tour and Where We Are Tour). The band members are Luke Hemmings (voice, guitar), Calum Hood (voice, bass), Michael Clifford (voice, guitar) and Ashton Irwin (voice, drums). Now, they're going on their own tour called Rock Out With Your Socks Out Tour in
2015. If you want to know more about this band, click here.
And that's all I have to say. I hope you enjoyed this post.
See you soon!
